Unfortunately I won't be there tonight, as I was there last night and have a prior arrangement. If nobody else is coming (I know Peter was there last night too), it might be better to catch up next Tuesday. Of course, if you just want to show the new recruit around on your own, you're welcome to, but I just wanted to give you a heads-up.

Gentlemen, we have a problem.

I've been in the ICMP room since 5 pm, but I'm rather concerned about our status.

A young lady, who I haven't seen before, has just entered the room, demanded to know who I was and claimed that the room is no longer available since "the previous manager has left".  In response, I told her that the room is occupied by ICMP, is used regularly (I didn't add sparsely) and that there has been no change to the occupancy agreement.

I hope I'm right!

This doesn't look or feel good. Can someone clarify what our status is please? Do we have anything in writing? Has the new manager been informed about ICMP and existing agreements, verbal or otherwise.

I await response.

Did you get a name? As far as we are aware, our arrangement with ICM has not changed, although we have not yet met the new manager.

Also, you do have the most amazing initials the world has ever seen! :D

That was me... the receptionist of the building.

There is nothing in writing regarding the 'agreement' for the ICMP, therefore we hold the right to whether this room be in use or not.

I have no contact information for any of the users of this room as they have mysteriously disappeared from the key holder forms...

If you could all email lily....@innovationcentremedway.co.uk with your details so the new manager can contact you regarding these issues.

Kind regards

Lily Walsh

What!

No one has even spoken to or emailed the new manager. After I repeatedly told the group that you needed to?

Matt.

Things have been a bit patchy lately. I, for one am at Uni every day of the week, which makes it difficult to set something up during working hours.

Do we have a contact name/ address? What is the status of our agreement with ICM?

I think perhaps you had better give me a call Thursday morning. I'll be on landline 01732 820031 or mobile 07910 894211.

Give the email we've just had from Farley Norman, can I ask people not to use the space. while we sort this out.

Since I'm probably the person most available to sort this out during the day. let me know if there is anything anything you want me to do.

While I could leap up and have a meeting with Farley today to try and save Prototype, given that there is only really the three of us currently I don't really see the future....

If there is anyone else except for the three of us who wishes to save Prototype please reply to this message ASAP!

Peter
