You log into Netflix at the end of a long work day. You are all settled on the couch with your snacks and beverage of choice. You select the movie's title but all of a sudden, the audio is not in your preferred language.

On the mobile app, select "Edit" in the upper right of the screen. Then click your profile icon. Go to "Display Language" and choose your preferred language. Select the arrow in the top left and then "Done."

If you are watching something and want to change the audio or subtitles once it has already started, select "Audio & Subtitles" on the pause screen with the word bubble icon. Then choose the language.

Before you proceed, please keep in mind that these Chrome extensions are not developed by Netflix but by independent developers. Profile pictures customized by these extensions will only show up on your browser and are NOT synced to your Netflix account. As a result, when you sign into your Netflix account on another device such as your phone, you cannot see the customized profile picture on it.

Step 1. Visit the Custom Profile Photo for Netflix extension page on the Chrome Web Store. Click the Add to Chrome button and the Add extension button to start the installation of the extension.

Step 3. Select the profile you want to change the profile picture. Click the Select Image button and upload your picture. You can see the profile picture has changed to your customized image.

Netflix allows users to download TV shows and movies through the Netflix app. However, the downloads can only be played within the app, and once a subscription is canceled, these downloaded titles become inaccessible. If you want to save Netflix content forever, you need to convert it to MP4 with a professional tool such as Pazu Netflix Video Downloader.

Pazu Netflix Video Downloader is a robust desktop program for Netflix users to download Netflix videos without the Netflix app. It can bypass the DRM from Netflix and convert movies and TV shows from Netflix to MP4 and MKV. The converted files can be preserved in high quality as 1080p after a fast download, with subtitles and audio tracks kept 100% the same as the original video.

With Pazu Netflix Video Downloader, you can easily transfer the downloaded files to any compatible device of your choice. This means that even after canceling a Netflix subscription, you can still access and watch your favorite Netflix titles offline.

I have X1 service and my own netflix account. I watch Netflix using my own account through the X1 Netflix Apps. Last week when I had a whole system refresh, when I go to Netflix Apps it automatically login with another user account (I don't know who she is but I can see her netflix registered email address and profiles). I acn watch netflix with her account but I want to use my own account. Comcast tried resetting the box, I reloaded the app and as soon as it comes up, it uses her account. I can force logout the account from the X1 DVR box (Arris AX103ANM) and login with my netflix account. But as soon as I logout, it switches to her account. Second problem is from the small companion tv boxes I use in other TVs, I cannot login to Netflix with my account. It piggybacks to the main DVR box and it thinks her account is the main account.

call during daytime east coast time 800-comcast and select billing. explain the problem to the agent and ask them to remove and reprovision your account then add the device back to your account. fixed?

I just got off with the customer service folks. They will try a full reset of my account at 2 am today. Will take approximately an hour and then I can check. They also scheduled a tech visit (although its restricted due to covid-19) between 1 to 3 pm later today. If the full reset works, then I can just cancel the appointment. I will post the results here.

How on earth do you force this *lovely* device to change what account is logged into a specific channel? Someone was visiting me and added a couple channels (disney, netflix) with their account info to see if I liked them enough to subscribe. Now we absolutely cannot get the *#&!* Roku to forget their log-in info so I can use my own.

I've tried removing the channels multiple times from both website and the device, doing a factory re-set on the device itself, etc.

I really, really don't want to have to delete my entire roku account and create a new one from scratch...and frankly if I need to I'll just buy a firestick so I don't have to deal with this again.

Everything you need to know is right inside the channels themselves. You also could have called your friend and ask them to log out of all devices from within their Netflix account and Disney account.

For Disney Plus, scroll down from the header carousel to the menu of icons. On the left is the sidebar. Go there. Scroll down to Settings. In there is Log Out. Just like it is on Fire TV devices, because that's how Disney designed the app.

Hi! I have recently purchased this magnificent grand OLED TV and have been enjoying for the past 2 weeks. When watching Netflix (mainly) I noticed from time to time the colour changes to what looks like Sepia-ish or tri-tone colours. I had no idea what to do at first and definitely certain it is not a Netflix setting issue.

I found that all I had to do was to just to exit the "Action Menu > Picture" menu by clicking "Back". A few seconds later, it will switch back to normal colours. I have not done any changes to anything doing this. Really strange!

In addition to other people's comments I can add that mine does it when flicking between CGI imagary and none CGI. But it happened for the last 20 minutes of Avengers Infinity War. And has continued for Endgame. Watching on Disney+

So I may actually have a solution to this even though it only happened yesterday. Poor internet! I double checked and for 4k/IMAX Enhanced stuff a speed of 50+Meg is recommended. Are all of you using WiFi? Or hardwired? What's your broadband speed?

This is a bug in the TV software that Sony can't be bothered to fix. Has been happening to me for about a year now. The only thing that fixes it is a hard reset. Some of the ideas posted here like clearing caches and resetting to factory settings are obviously nonsense and infuriating. Sony need to fix it and nonsense suggestions are just a distraction from that fact. There is a bug in the TV (or Android OS) handling of dolby vision colour profiles (and the way they interact with apps) that Sony just need to own up to and fix.

Each of your Netflix profiles can be represented by a different picture. It's a fun, easy way to express your personality and help your profile stand out. If you've never changed your Netflix profile picture, why not try it now? We're going to show you how.

Netflix provides a range of profile pictures to choose from based on its original franchises like Bridgerton, Stranger Things, and The Crown. This selection changes periodically. You can update your profile picture as often as you like, with the change reflected immediately across all your devices.

At least, you won't be able to use the standard Netflix interface to do it. However, with a bit of work, you can resurrect hidden Netflix profile pictures, even if you've never used them before. Don't worry, you won't get in trouble with Netflix for doing this.

First, you need to know the ID of the profile picture you want. You can only get the ID if you or someone you know is using the hidden profile picture. Alternatively, someone may have posted the ID you need online.

Now you know how to change your profile picture, whether it's from the available selection or unlocking some older hidden ones. It's just one of the many ways you can personalize your Netflix profile, alongside styling the subtitles and maintaining your watchlist.

Netflix isn't just an English language streaming service with content from around the globe. You can easily watch films and shows in other languages. There are also options for changing the language of the audio, subtitles, or on your profile, no matter where you live. Let's explore!

If you have multiple Netflix profiles, you can set one (or more) of them to use another language. If you're learning a new language, this might help you become more proficient. It can also separate your Netflix recommendations between languages if you're multilingual.

Unfortunately, it isn't possible to change your Netflix profile language on an iPhone, iPad, Android app, or other platforms. You have to do this in a web browser, but the settings you change will be applied across your Netflix account.

The language Netflix displays in that profile will now be the one you selected. Additionally, if a TV show or movie you're watching has audio streams or subtitles available in that language, Netflix will use these by default.

If you only want to change the audio and subtitle language on one program, you can do this during playback. Netflix will default to your chosen profile language, but you can switch to any others that are available.

However, by default, Netflix only displays up to seven alternative languages you can switch to during playback. If the language you want isn't listed, you'll have to switch your profile language to it as we covered above.
