Question about new FHIR resource

Hi, 

I tried Interop's open source sandbox solution for smart on FHIR and SMART-on-FHIR developers(Meld) and I really liked it.

Just had a question, is it possible to create a new resource like ServicerRequest(which is also an FHIR resource) for a patient, just like observation, condition, MedicationRequest etc. So in my use case my added app should be able to trigger a ServiceRequest for a CT scan for example, is that possible in this sandbox?

I would really appreciate, if someone could help me with this.
