Servers Down?!

I am trying to send API requests to a meld sandbox that I have and I am getting 504 timeout responses. I also tried to visit the meld sandbox here: https://meld.interop.community/ and got the same response. Just wanted to email as an alert and hopefully get a follow up as to when the servers will be back up. 

I also sent an email to the support email and discovered the SRS is no longer forwarding to a valid email. Any info would be much appreciated.

As far as I am aware, MELD Sandbox servers are inaccessible indefinitely. I would expect this issue to not be resolved in the foreseeable future, though I may be wrong.

Do you have any insight as to why they would be shut down?

I think either lack of funds or lack of developers wanting to maintain it, but that's just my opinion.
