Meld Sandbox Creation

Hello,

I have tried creating my first sandbox three times now, but on each occasion the sandbox would remain in the process of creation without ever being completed. The first 2 sandboxes I created a few days ago had the estimated creation wait times of 32 and 54 minutes. However, they remained like this for hours. I created FIHR R4 sandboxes, and I've only selected the checkboxes that are selected by default when you go to create a new sandbox("Import sample patients..", "Import sample applications").

I have tried switching browsers from Firefox(where I tried creating my first sandbox) to Chrome(where I tried creating my second sandbox). It is possible that there was more traffic in the past 3-4 days for whatever servers I'm connected to; I am creating a Meld sandbox for a university course assignment, and me and other students were doing that assignment last minute. However, I haven't seen my sandboxes change their status at all in the creation-queue for the past 3-4 days, so I'm not sure.

I would appreciate it if this could be addressed or if you could provide suggestions on how to work around this ASAP. The course assignment which requires me to create a Meld sandbox is due in roughly 48 hours from now. Thank you!
