Does MELD Sandboxes support EPIC FHIR Backend Systems ?

I am trying to create a EPIC FHIR Backend System.
Such systems do not have user who authenticates the system and also does not use CDS Hooks.
Such system will need to validate JWTs using JWK Set URL too.
