Dear Sir/Madam,

As you are aware that Government of AP and Telangana is trying to make the Energy Conservation Building Code (ECBC) mandatory for all commercial buildings across the two states. During the initial phase of enforcement, the State has felt the need to support them in terms of technical expertise. Hence, the state has given the authority to Third Party Assessors (TPAs) who have technical expertise to check for the ECBC compliance before approval for construction of buildings. Architects and Engineers can get empanelled as TPAs provided they have an expertise in ECBC.

 

Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) in collaboration with Telangana New & Renewable Energy Development Corporation Ltd.(TNREDCL), Government of Telangana and UNDP-GEF-BEE, is conducting a series of workshops to train Architects, Civil Engineers and MEP consultants as ECBC experts in the state. The intent of this workshop is to create a pool of experts who can scrutinize ECBC compliance for buildings as well as make the participants to qualify as TPAs in the state.

 

You are cordially invited to attend the workshop to become an ECBC expert in the State of Telangana from 24^th April to 28^th April, 2017 at Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Hyderabad.
