Les comparto la info (un poco tarde) de una propuesta para aceptar u objetar, respecto al proceso para definir el lugar donde se realizará el próximo encuentro internacional (Hub´s Gathering).

En propuesta anterior se aprobó por consentimiento sería entre marzo y junio del próximo año.

Se los envío para que vean la forma de trabajo de TN que a mí por lo menos me sorprende en su eficiencia considerando que es principalmente virtual, y para que avisen si tienen objeción.

Si les parece bien, aprobaré la propuesta. Hay hasta el 16 de Junio para responder.

Si al 15 de Junio nadie objeta la propuesta, enviaré correo aprobando la propuesta.

Dear Hubsters,

As you might know, it was agreed by the hubs group a couple of months ago that the next gathering of the National Hubs will take place sometime between March and June 2017.

I am now making a new proposal for you: THIS proposal sets out a  process we can use to decide where the 2017 Hubs’ gathering will take place. The question for you is: is this process safe enough for now and good enough to try?

Note: the agreed process will be put in place as soon as it is approved by you and we can continue to use it for future gatherings as long as it feels right.

Transition Network will receive a grant in 2017 that we can use to fund some travel costs for people coming to the gathering as well as modest costs for the event itself.  Together, we need to explore ways to secure and share resources for future events and keep looking for low cost ways to enable a wide range of people to participate.

 

Next steps:

• Please tell us if you have an objection by two week from now - if there is no objection by 16 June 2016, it will be considered that hubs accepted the proposal.
• You are invited also to ask questions and to make comments on the proposal, in case you have concerns that do not amount to an objection.
• The hubs in Belgium, Croatia and Italy expressed interest in exploring the possibility to host the next hubs gathering. If your hub is interested, you still have time to express that interest.
