hexagram is the inverse opposite version of hexagram #7 - Army.
So inversed to situation of hexagram #7 this situation will be. If in #7 you
were a person leading the group, here you are a regular fellow working as equal
inside your group. It is all about a teamwork. Share your vision and make
alliances based on common interests and shared goals.
No matter what you do, do it in the best interests of the group.

can,
leaving intact the rest. The time
for large scale action had not yet come.
