Attention Students,
TO ALL FOUNDATION & UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS
COLLECTION OF THE EXAMINATION SLIPS FOR
MAY 2011 SEMESTER
All registered students must come PERSONALLY with proper attire to collect the examination slips as
per details below. The slip is a compulsory document required to be eligible to sit for final examination.
Date : 22 July 2011 - Final Year students
Compulsory to come on the scheduled date for the graduation audit / convocation updates.
Expected graduates May 2011 & Sept. 2011 Semester
: 25 – 26 July 2011 - All students
Time : 9.30am - 4.30 pm
Venue : Multi Purpose Hall (MPH)
Penalty for late collection: RM5 per day - Students with outstanding MUST come to the information counter, MPH to get the form to defer collection of exam slips until payment settlement to avoid penalty charges.
Students MUST confirm all registered courses for May 2011 Semester on portal are correct. Please settle any outstanding dues to the university with the Information Resource Centre (IRC), Security Services and Finance Dept. respectively failing which may result in withholding of the examination slips and thus not eligible to sit for the final examination.
Important:
· Registry will also record returning students for September 2011 semester.
· Effective immediately, any students who were caught cheating in the academic works may be given Academic Dismissal from the university.
Registry seeks your full attendance and kind cooperation for the above exrecise.
