I would like to collect all the form that being distributed during IEM TALK BY DR CHAN ON 1ST OCTOBER 2010 organised by ICheme@UTP

as i want to submit it as soon as possible to the IEM.

I really need all of you to past this message around especially to the chemical students.

You may send the form to any IChemE member in your class.

Please attached also RM20 of payment
