Even when I click one of the four options the next screen also has no text or boxes.
I asked a friend to download and run the same scanner (they downloaded it, not used my installation file) and they had the same problem.
Anyway it calims three ways to remove the Online scanner. All of which is false. It doesn't appear in the programs list, the app itself doesn't provide an option to uninstall on exit, and there's no "OnlineScannerUninstaller.exe" in its purported locations.
The Online Scanner does not install in the system, it basically creates a folder with an executable and dll in C:\Users\%User%\AppData\Local\ESET\ESETOnlineScanner so you can delete it at any time to remove it completely.
I too have this problem. Why is this not documented as the way to remove the software. As described above, the 3 methods described in documentation are incorrect. It is not in Add/Remove programs. It does not present a tick box to allow removal of the program and the uninstall tool does not exist in Windows/System32 or Windows/SYSWOW64. Why is not the method described by Marcos documented???
The scanning-position of your probes could be outside of the at the moment visible part of the window.
As far as I know the positioning displayed on the map is different to the acutall position of the probes when you have first launched them.
Try looking around in the map, they might be somewhere veeeery far off. This happens to me from time to time when I accidently drage them into one direction while trying to rotate the map.
Another option just came to my mind: One can activate and deactivate the cone of the directional scanner in the probing map. there might be the same option for core scanner probes. If there is this option it should be in the top left of the corner hiding in a drop down menu.
QR code reader has become an increasingly valuable tool in various industries, offering real-time applications that enhance efficiency, engagement, and security. Let's explore some of the practical uses of QR code readers:
Online QR code readers allow customers to quickly scan codes on product packaging or promotional materials to access product information, reviews, pricing details, and special offers. This enables seamless and convenient shopping experiences, both online and offline.
With the rise of digital menus and contactless restaurant ordering, QR code readers play a significant role. Customers can scan QR codes on tables or menus to view the menu, place orders, and make payments using their mobile devices, reducing the need for physical menus and minimizing contact.
QR code readers are widely used in ticketing systems for events, transportation, and attractions. Scanning QR codes on tickets grants access to venues, transportation services, or experiences, eliminating the need for physical tickets and simplifying the entry process.
QR codes enable businesses to create interactive marketing campaigns. By scanning QR codes, customers can access exclusive content, participate in contests, redeem coupons or loyalty rewards, and engage with brands in real-time, driving customer engagement and brand loyalty.
QR codes can serve as a secure and convenient personal identification and authentication method. They can be used for digital IDs, access badges, boarding passes, and secure login processes, providing quick and reliable verification.
QR codes can be embedded with unique identifiers and authentication data to help verify the authenticity of products. By scanning the code, consumers can confirm the product's origin and manufacturing details and ensure they purchase genuine goods, combating counterfeiting.
QR codes are utilized in educational settings and museums to provide additional information and enhance learning experiences. By scanning QR codes near exhibits or textbooks, students and visitors can access multimedia content, detailed explanations, and interactive resources.
QR codes enable businesses to collect feedback and conduct surveys in real-time. Customers can scan QR codes to access online feedback forms or surveys, allowing companies to gather valuable insights, improve their products or services, and enhance customer satisfaction.
These are just a few examples of the real-time applications of QR code readers. QR codes will likely find even more innovative uses across industries as technology advances, offering convenience, interactivity, and enhanced user experiences.
The quick response code contains information accessible along horizontal and vertical dimensions. It has black squares and dots with various hazy patterns arranged in a squared grid on a white background. The information is extracted from those fuzzy patterns.
A QR code scanner or QR reader is an optical scanning device able to read QR codes. Open our QR code scanner by entering the URL -code-scanner.php in your favorite browser. Here you have two options: upload the image or allow the tool to access your webcam to scan the QR code from the picture.
The QR Code itself is static and has no inherent vulnerabilities that can be exploited. However, the content embedded within a QR code can potentially lead to security risks. For example, a QR code could direct users to a malicious website that attempts to hack and steal sensitive information. This is known as a QR code phishing attack.

The Clam antivirus is useless for cleaning a windows PC, or the windows partition of a dual-boot linux/windows PC, or a virtual OS, or running windows via Wine - because - the scan literally takes at least 12-24hrs - and it finds THOUSANDS of potentially infected files - which requires you to go through ALL of them, one at a time, and double check each file online - one at a time - it's completely useless.
If I, or members of the general public, could DO that - I/we wouldnt NEED an antivirus scanner/cleaner program - we would simply go through our windows partition manually and delete the infected files & registry entries.
The problem is not with your code, but with the online tool. It does not simulate user input. I suggest using one of free desktop programming tools if you are into real programming, like Netbeans or Intellij Idea.
For the time being, you may try another online tool, like Ideone. Here is a link to your code pasted and adapted to Ideone (note that I had to drop the public modifier from the class). Click the "clone" link on the site if you want to work on the code.
Reliable and free network scanner to analyze LAN. The program shows all network devices, gives you access to shared folders, provides remote control of computers (via RDP and Radmin), and can even remotely switch computers off. It is easy to use and runs as a portable edition. It should be the first choice for every network admin.
Initially Nmap was a simple but powerful tool that enabled the scanning of networks or individual hosts to determine if there were services running and if a firewall was present. Modern versions of Nmap have extended capabilities including a built in scripting language (NSE) that can perform a multitude of additional checks against any services found to be open. The ever growing list of NSE scripts has pushed Nmap into the realm of a fast light weight vulnerability scanner.
Download Nmap today from insecure.org, it is available in versions for Windows (XP, 2003, 2008, 2012) and Linux / FreeBSD. Zenmap is a graphical front end for those not comfortable on the command line. When installing Nmap I encourage you to download from the source as it is constantly being improved and built upon. Linux distributions will not always have the latest version in the package repository.
Even in 2021, viruses are still a cybersecurity threat. A virus infection is harmful software triggered by performing common tasks such as opening an email attachment, launching an infected program, or viewing an ad on a malicious site. Viruses self-replicate by modifying or completely replacing files.
Yes, the best virus scanner will be both a virus removal tool and an anti-malware program such as Malwarebytes for Windows, Malwarebytes for Mac, Malwarebytes for Android, or Malwarebytes for Chromebook. These cybersecurity solutions scan your computer for viruses, ransomware, and other forms of malware and remove them. You can clean viruses for free with our tool, as well as removing other types of malware.
An antivirus scanner is the most important tool for virus removal. You install the antivirus on your device and it starts to monitor incoming internet traffic and the sites you visit. If your virus protection detects anything suspicious, it alerts you and catches malicious software. With reliable antivirus software, you can also run a virus scan to check your whole device or individual files for malware threats.
Malicious software, or malware comes in different forms. Computer viruses are only one type of malware. The common goal of viruses and other online threats is to infect your device, such as your computer. After the malware infects your computer, it may seek to corrupt and destroy files, steal valuable information and money, or spread further into other devices. These malicious threats are used by online criminals and hackers for financial gain, espionage or plain mischief.
