While somewhat off subject for the treatment of freshwater ich or marine cryptocaryon; the subject of lighting is still important since lighting can affect the health and vitality of fish , albeit minor.
But more importantly since many fish keepers, especially those keeping marine or planted freshwater tanks are now jumping on the LED bandwagon, it is important to understand what actually determines a GOOD LED light, and that is PUR.
Unfortunately many sellers, especially EcoTech have sponsored many forums and bought their support for what is an inferior LED light.
