Hello everyone just updating you with what transpired at the meeting yesterday at Ben and Nora Arevalo’s house yesterday which was attended by following:

Following we’re discussed and agreed upon:
Club will order from Mabuhay thru Flor Mejia 2 full trays of each Pancit canton, Menudo, Kaldereta, Pakbet and Biko for dessert.

Raul and Perly Ramirez to bring big rice cooker with cooked rice and additional 25# bag of uncooked rice.

Have assigned Ed and Yoly Mascardo and Boy Sarno to bring water.

Party supplies to be handled by Boy, Helen, Benjie
Helen will also have 2 helpers for the kitchen.

Food warmer trays thru Ed and Feya Acuña

Each member in the email group are requested to bring at least 2 liter bottles of Sodas
You may also bring a tray of your favorite dish in addition to the ordered food from Mabuhay.

Got a call from my Golden Girls that they will donate 1 Lechon 🐖(Zeny,Rosie,Flor,Alma,Norma,Feya)

Have collected $20 each person for raffle or you may bring a wrapped gift 🎁 of your choice for the raffle drawing.

Ate Lorna will handle the priest for the mass.

Ramon and Lani Geluz will handle the choir.
