Acquisition: Market working, retailer relationship, follow-up with fos, promoter, retailers. Regular updation of tariffs of Idea and competition. Revenue-Primary tracking, Manpower, Stock Norms, Secondary tracking and Outlet Expansion. Systems- Handset Process, Documentation process, Claim settlement process, Primary &Secondary Mgmt and Promoter mgmt. Market working-PJP, 10 o/l per day, and 50 o/l per week and working with fos. Supporting Actions (Specific activities required to achieve the Principal Accountability) CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED : •Good communication skills. •Knowledge of sales & distribution set up, Channel Management •Networking, Good interpersonal skill. •Customer responsiveness, assertiveness. •Number crunching •Malayalam Language understanding.
