Job description:

Purpose

 Customer Management of Top chain customers and develop Sales strategy with the objective of being the preferred supplier in the industry.
 Use Shopper Insights to drive Key brand plans with the Top Chains
 Monitoring team of Pilot Sales Man and Inshop Promoters to ensure sales drive
 Advance Capability & Capacity creation to keep up with the fast growing Modern Trade business

Job Dimensions

 Manage the Vanaspati and Oils Portfolio for the Modern Customers like :-
o Big Bazaar
o Reliance
o Spencer’s
o ABRL
o Metro

Accountabilities
1. Account owner of National chains in the region and Set Strategic Direction for the company
2. Drive and establish wiring himself with Store Mangers and Buyers of designated accounts and ensure appropriate contacts with relevant Dalda Resources are being carried out as per the Customer Wiring Plan.
3. Deliver AOP Volume, Share and Profitability for the set of Customers
4. CDA (customer development agreement viz., terms of trade) rationalization
 5. P&L ownership and revenue ownership of the company and MT (National chains in his region)
6. To build robust forecast plans to impact fill rates for the chains
Ensure all Existing products and New products get appropriate shelf space minimizing out of stock
Work with Merchandisers and CDM to build merchandising tools linked to brand initiatives driving our key agenda of “Look like Leader” in store
Ensure all 2 categories (Dalda Vanaspati & Dalda Oils) dominate the share in the store.
Work closely with Customer Development Manager and Insights team to leverage shopper insights and build them in Trade activation and Marketing Plans
Consumer Activation / In-store Promotion
Planning, Execution, Review of Promotion, & Innovation in promotion
Effective utilization of in-store communication. E.g. Mailers
Research and Analysis to success KPI’s
Manage A & M Budgets
Work towards building trust across all employees in the system by living and promoting the company values

Job Location : Cochin, Kerala
