If they intend this to be any sort of US Voter I am OK with it. If it is justĀ FederallyĀ reregisteredĀ voters then the claim should indicate that.

I have no idea if the US has separate registrations for local state and national elections so this may be a stupid question.
Other countries do make a clear distinction between theĀ differentĀ registrations.

I am guessing that thisĀ doesn'tĀ include people who areĀ eligibleĀ to vote only thoseĀ registered to vote.
That should be clearly stated.

There is no distinction between local and federal registration in the US. Registration used to be handled on a county-by-county basis, till the Help America Vote Act mandated a shift from a county-to-state basis. This said, both before and after HAVA, a single registration makes one is eligible to vote in local, state and national elections.
