It was noted that about half of the 70 ppl in attendance had a knowledge of I-Cards.
Some of the members had past interest in the Higgins project and now have a renewed interest in I-Cards with idea of being prepared for when adoption arrives.

They have been exploring and some have been using Open ID.
a demo of I-Cards was provided and the EFX age-card was shown as an example.
This group had no real knowledge of I-Cards before hand
RSA ConferenceICF will be a part of the Identity Interoperability Workshop within the conference
ICF is a sponsor w/ Libery Alliance
It was noted that there is demo-space for members to show concepts and products
ICF is planning to present real-world use cases including the following themes:
- Strengthing OpenID
- Civic ID Demo
- Library Card Demo
- I-Card in journalism
- Of age Card
Government and I-Cards
Discussion on the use of I-Cards in Government focused on whether it can meet NIST requirements and to what levels.
Level 1 and 2 seemed easily attainable, but level 3 and 4 would require additional information and tools. ICF is exploring how we might meet the Gov't requirements and will report back
