The ICF board is holding a call to review the ICF Website design at our scheduled time. As you can appreciate, many of our WG members also sit on the board and will need to be on that call. As such, Drummond has asked that our membership join in on the website review call to provide input. Therefore please note that we will dial in to the design review call and if time permits at the end of the call we can discuss any pressing matters for our WG.

This is a small-group detailed design review of the design for the new ICF website. It will include a review of the home page and several internal pages including Quick Overview, User Information Center, and News.
The meeting is likely to use a Glance session (online screen sharing), so please be at a web browser if you can. The Glance link will be http://philographica.glance.net. The Glance session ID will be shared at the start of the call.
The goal of the meeting is to elicit feedback and guidance that can be quickly incorporated before a review with the full ICF board on Friday morning.

Thanks Ron. By the time of tomorrow’s call, I also plan to have updates to our core messaging platform that are specific to RPs (and IdPs). If we have time after the design review, I’d like to go over them with the RP Evangelism WG members. If we don’t have time, I’ll send them to the list and we can discuss them there, and then maybe take more time to go over them on next week’s telecon.
This is important since what we now call the Business Information Center branch of the website is going to have a page specific to RPs, and that’s where we need to deliver these messages in clear, concise text (and graphics if it helps), so I want them to be the messages the RP Evangelism WG wants to deliver.
