HW/Middleware/PKI - Where IDM Openness Ends

Although it is nice to hear that ICF will live on in another working group, I think all WG efforts will remain futile due to the inability dealing with security hardware, middleware and PKI.

These items are considered as "sacred" for historical reasons and that isn't going to change until Open Security Hardware becomes available.

PKI is also highly problematic since it is coupled to huge government contracts and is therefore considered as "strategic".
