Three Claims Agent WG meetings

There were three loose ends related to the charter [1] to tie up from the Monday conference call that Craig organized:

1. License for both specs and code
2. SSO / dynamic pseudonym use cases
3. Self-dealing rules

Let's tackle them in the above order over the course of the following three one-hour telecons:

• Thursday Jan 20th at 5:30pm ET / 2:30pm PT [2] 
• Thursday Jan 27th at 1pm ET / 10am PT [3]
• Thursday Feb 3rd at 1pm ET / 10am PT [4] 

Unfortunately, I don't personally have the email addresses for these self-declared participants:
