As mentioned in our
previous email, the Goods and Service Tax (GST) is in effect since 1st July, 2017.
To comply with GST implications, you are requested to mandatorily fill out the following information in your BigRock account:
- ‘State’ field
- GST ID (if applicable and required on your invoice)
Here’s how you can update your details:
- Login to bigrock.in/login
- Click on User Profile icon > ‘Account Security’
- Click on Edit Profile
- Enter your City and State details
- Enter a valid GST ID, if applicable
- Hit Save
What happens if you don't update your details?
The invoice will reflect inaccurate GST charges If the address provided by you is incorrect. Since the billing process is automated, it will not be feasible to share a revised invoice copy.
