Profile for Monoprice Select Mini v2

Attached is the profile I created for my Monoprice Select Mini v2. So far everything I've printed with this works well. Contains the magic numbers for High (z-layer 0.0875), Medium (z-layer 0.13125), and Low (z-layer 0.21875) profiles as well as PLA and ABS materials.

Might be useful to someone else.

Why is your wipe at Z0? Woudn't this touch the bed and cause the extrider to skip?

If you want to share it and have it on IceSL as an included printer profile, you can fork my repository and make a pull request.
I will check it and then add a pull request to the real IceSL repository.

You would think it would, but it doesn't. Honestly I just took the start gcode from cura and moved it over, works quite well and have to say 1000% better prints from IceSL then I've ever got from Cura.
