Peculiar Path Starting

Here is an image of the modeland here is the sliced result showing where the path begins!

any ideas why this may happen? Ignore the massive width of that extrusion. This is intentional :)

Hello Ryan,

It looks like you are trying to slice something thinner than the nozzle diameter.

You can try to work around this by using the "Thicken thin features" and its "Thickening ratio" to force IceSL to process such thin geometry.

Thank you Pierre,

I am going to see if that changes the path that is plotted. 

I am using a .9mm nozzle and the geometry is .91mm and I tried 1mm also. 

I want a single path fill and I want it to extrude much more, upwards to 2.5mm in width. 

I am using the post processing perimeters feature.

Still with the thicken thin features it is behaving the same way.
