Hi Mehmet.

You can do this in a script. No need to go down the pipeline until machine code (i.e., gcode) production.

In the lua script where you specify your geometry, code a loop that processes the geometry on each layer height. For each “slice” do an intersection with a thin (layer thickness) cube and use ‘bbox’ to calculate an approximate perimeter. With this data you can decide the value of any printing parameter (e.g., speed) using ‘set_setting_value’ per-layer.

It may sound ridiculous, but I have a suggestion. You can calculate the area or perimeter of each closed section. For example, can there be an option to reduce the speed by % in small areas?
For example; If the cross-sectional area is less than (or multiple area defination ) 10 mm^2, reduce the speed by 50%. 
It would be perfect, like layer height optimization in Icesl. Vibrations/jerky movements will decrease on small areas. 

I hope this setting does not already exist :)

Hi Mehmet. Allow me to answer your questions.

Unfortunately, we don't have a profil for this specific printer. You can submit it via merge request in our printer profiles github and we'll see if it's apt for inclusion in the official relese of IceSL!

The gaps you're having is a known problem of the way IceSL calculates covers, we are actively searching the best way to prevent this. In the meanwhile, you can avoid this issue by adding more shells to the whole print or just in a small section via per-layer specification (see the screenshot below):

Finally, regarding the noisy surface due to what you describe 'jerky movement', we could not reproduce it. We printed a couple times the stl and found the surfaces to be appropriate. However, we used a different printer as we don't have your specific  model. We can give you some tips that can ameliorate the situation; (a) deformations can occur because the plastic doesn't have enough time to cool down, try using a temperature of 190 degrees, (b) if you can/desire, print the model twice so the printer layers have more time to cool down, (c) reduce layer height. This will increase quality but also print time and lastly, (d) leave the door open on your printer when you're printing with PLA.

I have a Flashforge Advanturer 3 printer.I was using Flashprint software, but after seeing ICESL 2.3.5 Beta2 , I don't use it anymore.
The surface quality of ICESL complex parts is quite good. But I'm having problems with circular slices like the attached piece.
My main problem is Jerky movement during solid fill / perimeter.
Can you help me with which settings should I play with?
