Hi there,
new user here, I wanted to try out IceSL (love the possibility to set up individual layers/areas), but I'm already failing at the start.
After installing, iceSL starts up as one would expect, I can select printers, change settings etc.
I need to define my one printer since it's a selfmade one, so I copied the folder of prusai3, renamed it and edited the files.
In the following, I'll describe some "anomalities" I found from then on:
Consistency wiki/application (file locations)
None of the folders mentioned in the documentation (gcode, profiles, ...) exists at all. See the following screenshot from my %appdata%-directory.

Install-directory has nothing at all, only bin and tooltips.
Profiles not working / "Printer has no profiles/materials directory"
After adding a new printer I can select it in IceSL, but using profiles is not possible anymore from then on and it seems to break the filehandling to some degree:
- The dropdown list consists of only one entry ("Custom"), saving under a specific name, reloading it etc. doesn't change anything.
- Restarting IceSL after selcting a custom printer reveals the following log:

IceSL doesn't seem to find any profiles/materials, see the lines in red (but also doesn't tell me where those folders should be).
This keeps happening if I change back to e.g. prusai3 in iceSL. The (previously selectable!) profiles are gone, replaced by the unchangeable "Custom".
Loading a previously saved profile gives me the correct values for printing speed etc., but the dropdown-list is useless, and the displayed name is "Custom" - no matter which name I gave my profile/name.
From what I've read until now this may be a result of changing from ...\gcode\[printername]\profiles\[profilename].lua to .xml files?
iceSL seems to look for paths which aren't there anymore?
Did I do anything wrong or is this a bug?
FYI: I commented and combined the screenshots in an album:
