Dear IceSL users.

We have finally released a beta version of IceSL with many promised fixes (see please changelog in icesl.loria.fr/assets/other/changelog.txt).

Many of the fixes are critical, so if you're using the beta release, we strongly advice to download and install this new version.

We apologize for the lack of curve printing features that were promised at 3D Print Paris a couple of months ago. Though the features are finished, we still want to feel sure about its robustness and thus we're still testing it.

Three very exciting features are coming to IceSL and we'll announce them as they release. Expect another beta version pretty soon. In the meantime, one such feature is the possibility now to model  (and slice) geometry with CSG operations online (à la Slicecrafter, our online slicer). See WebForge (loria.fr)

Many thanks to the people in the community who have stuck with our slicer through time and also to those who have given us feedback and suggested new cool features.
