Totallylost my confidence with Razer.

Both my Logitech and Steelseries can easily lasted me 5 years of usage. This Razer Deathadder V2X that I having now already gave me headache and it is less than 2 years of usage.

I'm from Brazil! I bought this mouse on Aliexpress 10 months ago and amazingly, I'm having the same problem. I tried all the steps mentioned above and it didn't work. I have the wired version and I've never had a problem. i' will probably buy a new logitech wireless.

The same issue i have razer deathadder v2 x hyperspeed and the mouse drifts on my screen slowly, razer product it's a big disappointment after 2 months of using, i just throw my money on the garbage ?

Same issue with the Razer hyper speed. The rgb light on the chroma mat also stopped working. The only Razer item I bought still working is the computer chair.

no wonder the mouse and keyboard are on offer at Takashimaya and listed on grab reward exchange shop.
