Convenience for creating Icecream toolchains to cross-compile on x86_64 hosts targeting Xcode's build environment

Hey hey,

I've put together a small Docker image that makes it easier to build a cross-compilation toolchain for x86_64 hosts to target Darwin hosts:

  https://github.com/torarnv/icecc-create-x86_64-env

It makes the assumption that the Swift version that ships with Xcode is a good indicator of which LLVM version to use as basis for the toolchain.
