Icecc through VPN, how?

I have installed on an Ubuntu 18.04 icecc and icemon.

In the local network it works fine, but not using a VPN.

I think that icecc is not finding the scheduler. When I open icemon no scheduler is displayed and on  the terminal I see the message: `ignoring tunnels tun0`.

I guess I have to instruct icecc to search for the scheduler though the tunnel, but how?

The problem was just on the icemon side actually icecc was working fine using the vpn without any adaptation.

For icemon to find the scheduler through the vpn tunnel the address to the scheduler has to be passed when starting icemon

icemon -s <scheduler address>
