Is it possible to change the drop down item colours of "File, Edit Soure and Help?

Big Problem - I have trouble reading the drop-down items on the left menu. The list of files is good but the other items I have difficulty in reading. 

Theme  changing has no  effect :(

Editing elements other than the theme of the editor such as the menu is done in the lib/ice-coder.css file.
