The removal of the original theme was not necessary, and could have lived together with the newer themes. To keep the original theme would show your continued appreciation for the vast population of trello users who came to your app in part because of the sleek, colourful and minimal style you once had. It is also important that before you remove a perfectly functioning part of the application, the successors are working correctly, which they are not.

This is more a curiosity question than anything else. I'm an Indie game developer, and since I have some boards opened at the same time, I wanted to give each board an icon (same icon as of the games I'm developing) to avoid confusion. Is it possible? Thanks in advance!

Imagine a phone. Now, imagine that there are dozens of apps in that phone. Imagine that they all had the same icon, just with different colors. It would be terrifying (or even traumatizing :p) to even try to find, let's say, the Trello app.

A nice thing would be to click on the open boar button and see different icons, one for each board so that they are more recognizable, instead of having to enter each one to check the background. (Also, I don't have a paid subscription on Trello...)

You are referring to the fav icon in the browser, correct? This will indeed adjust to the board background as Marc mentioned. So I'd recommend changing the background to either a different color or use the Unsplash images, which are also available with the free version of Trello. This will help to differentiate the different Trello boards visually.

Oh, yeah, I really didn't knew that there are images in the free version... But no, I wasn't referring to the fav icon. I was talking about the list of boards that appear once you click the top left button that says "Boards". I was saying that each board could have a cutom icon to avoid confusion there.

The icon I use on my Power-Up has a HASH at the end. This has been working like a charm since ancient times, but now all of a sudden, I am getting this error in F12 tools with regards to ALL my images:

If anyone else is seeing this, I have a QUICK FIX until Trello either fixes this or provides an update on how to get an image icon to load in a Card Badge. In your Card Badge code where you specify the icon value you convert the icon to BASE64:

This open source icon is named "trello" and is licensed under the open source CC0 license. This icon is light colored, meaning out the box, it needs a contrasting background color to make it stand out. It's available to be downloaded in SVG and PNG formats (available in 256, 512, 1024 and 2048 PNG sizes).

It's part of the icon set "Brand Icons by Ryan DiMascio", which has 291 icons in it.
This graphic is also a logo. It's useful if you want to show the logo (for branding purposes) on your website or app.

The following styles have this icon in it: Light

If you need this icon available in another format, it should be pretty straight forward to download it as an SVG image file, and then import it into apps like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, RelayThat or Visme. Converting it to an ICO, JPEG or WebP image format or file type should also be pretty simple (we hope to add that feature to Iconduck soon).

This icon can be used for both Personal & Commercial purposes and projects, but please check the license to see if the designer is requesting attribution (for example, a link back to their website).

Yes! This icon has been open sourced, and can be downloaded at no charge / for free. We also don't require you to sign up for Iconduck, but you can join our mailing list to get notifications on when new icons are available.

Now we can reload our Trello board and we should see our text and icon. Right?! ? Whoops! ? We forgot that we need to let Trello know we plan to make use of this new capability. Head over to the custom Power-Up admin portal.css-1wits42display:inline-block;-webkit-flex-shrink:0;-ms-flex-negative:0;flex-shrink:0;line-height:1;width:16px;height:16px;.css-1wits42 >svgoverflow:hidden;pointer-events:none;max-width:100%;max-height:100%;color:var(--icon-primary-color);fill:var(--icon-secondary-color);vertical-align:bottom;.css-1wits42 >svg stopstop-color:currentColor;@media screen and (forced-colors: active).css-1wits42 >svg-webkit-filter:grayscale(1);filter:grayscale(1);--icon-primary-color:CanvasText;--icon-secondary-color:Canvas;.css-1wits42 >svgwidth:16px;height:16px; and turn on the card-badges capability and save the form.

In our Promise chain, let's replace a null value with a more useful message and also give the badge a color so that our team knows they need to add an estimate. Additionally, because we're adding a color, we'll want to use a white icon for better contrast.

To use the new capability, we'll start by adding it to our list of capabilities in custom Power-Up admin portal.css-1wits42display:inline-block;-webkit-flex-shrink:0;-ms-flex-negative:0;flex-shrink:0;line-height:1;width:16px;height:16px;.css-1wits42 >svgoverflow:hidden;pointer-events:none;max-width:100%;max-height:100%;color:var(--icon-primary-color);fill:var(--icon-secondary-color);vertical-align:bottom;.css-1wits42 >svg stopstop-color:currentColor;@media screen and (forced-colors: active).css-1wits42 >svg-webkit-filter:grayscale(1);filter:grayscale(1);--icon-primary-color:CanvasText;--icon-secondary-color:Canvas;.css-1wits42 >svgwidth:16px;height:16px;. Once we've turned it on and saved the form, we can add the capability to our Power-Up's intialize call in client.js. We'll start by adding a static version:

It's really easy to do this because if I'm on my phone, I just click \\\"share\\\" and there's an option to add to Trello. (If you don't see this, you might need to configure it in your phone\u2019s Share settings.) If you're on your computer, you can just use the Trello Chrome Extension and click the Trello icon and add it to your list.

trello-to-deck reads from an JSON export of Trello and creates a board in Nextcloud Deck. - GitHub - maxammann/trello-to-deck: trello-to-deck reads from an JSON export of Trello and creates a board...

In Linux Mint 21 with Cinnamon Desktop, the icons are managed by the .desktop file for each program. These are typically located within /usr/share/applications. For example Firefox is located at /usr/share/applications/firefox.desktop

By default it won't have a file path set but will just say firefox, this is a reference to different themed icons located within /usr/share/icons. Inside here will be a directory for each theme and inside those more directories for different icon sizes, but eventually one will be called firefox.png.

Menubar only state :There's a window style dropdown option in Trello settings. When you choose Dock & Menubar extra, a Trello icon appears in the menubar which can be used to toggle the visibility of the app window (show/hide) by clicking on it. While in the hidden state, only the menubar icon and the dock indicator is visible.

There will be certain cases where this solution might not work. For example: if multiple app icon's are displayed in the menu bar at startup, then the Automator's Watch Me Do might end up clicking at the wrong location.

Now, go to your email. A Trello icon should have appear in your tool bar. Open an email and select the icon. Follow the wizard to sign in to Trello. From there, you can click the Trello icon in the toolbar, to add your open email to your board.

It would be nice if links to Trello Boards were oneboxed also, to tell you the board's name, show its icon, and what organization it belonged to. Maybe something along what's in the Trello header when you're looking at the board.
