I have been using this software for more than a decade without any problems. Sometimes, I will download a file that is in the .JIF format. I always use Format Factory to convert it to .jpeg. Suddenly, the other day, it stopped working. It will not let me convert photos at all. It works fine (as far as I can tell) with video files, but not photos. I can't seem to find any other free programs that will convert .JIF files. I've watched the videos on YT, but they mostly all tell you to do it in PAINT, but that takes forever if you have many .JIF files.
