Hello solidarity list,

Tonight some people, including Sasha Petroni of the ICC's Recruitment
and Retention Committee and the Solidarity Team, will be assembling
the DisOrientation guide at the LRC in North Quad. The DisOrientation
Guide will be a pamphlet or small publication that informs incoming UM
students of resources, information and organizations that they would
not ordinarily learn about from the University's orientation. For
example, Adam Konner is writing an article about co-operatives for the
Guide, including the ICC as an alternative to living in dorms or
apartments.

Here is all the relevant information if you are interested in helping
(copied and pasted from an email from Sasha):

"Hi All,

For the official putting together of the DisOrientation Guide, I
believe that some of us will be meeting at the Language Resource
Center (LRC) which is in the new North Quad. building.

I work at the LRC, and will be working from 5:00 p.m. till 10:00 p.m.
Sayan, a member of the Co-op Solidarity Team (CST), has class in North
Quad until 7:15 p.m.

Would we all be able to meet at around 7:15 p.m. in the LRC at North Quad.?

As tomorrow is the opening of the new LRC, I actually have no idea of
the room number. I will send an email out around 5:00 p.m., with the
room number and how to access the room.

If you will not be by your computer anytime between, 5:00 p.m. and
7:00 p.m.ish, you can give me call/send a text when you arrive at
North Quad., and I can direct you!

My number is (586)419-2685.

In Cooperation,
Sasha"

Hope to see you there.
