Hello Mridul,
We only have a projector on a cart the project screen comes down toward the front of the stage. You have access to our sound and lighting board. Sometimes groups choose to have their own sound systems in which case you would be able to setup in front of the stage. We have 1 wireless handheld, podium and 6 wired microphones and stands which can be used. Please note that nothing should be disconnected or modified from any exsiting systems. I will be there for both days to train or go over how everything works. Thanks

I can provide general information about the auditorium and kitchen, however may not be able to answer all questions especially if they are of a technical nature (electronics, power supply, lighting and sound system operation specifics, operation of kitchen appliances, etc.). If you provide me a list of potential questions, I may be able to have them answered prior to your visit. At 2:30 on Friday, our cafeteria/kitchen staff will already have left for the day so there will be no one on hand to answer specific questions about the kitchen; I will only really be able to show you the space.

Ally will check with Keith Bush, our Assistant Principal and the person who will be giving you the tour, to see when he may be available to meet with you. Please remember it will have to be after school hours (after 2:30pm), and may not be this week, considering it is our first week of school.
I have also included Brian Satch, who is our auditorium supervisor, who can address any light and sound questions you may have.
