In present scenario , I suggest you all decide a date to have AGM.  Untill we have AGM and the next EC forms , present EC becomes responsible for all upcoming ICC event.

I was asked  to move the date since we were not prepared for having AGM on November 16th.  I found the Election commissioner right on the October 16th a month before the AGM so we can have it on November 16th , unfortunately due to illness in the family she couldn't continue. 

The following week from Nov 16th is a Thanksgiving week and not a possibility.

I would like to leave it on you all to act and decide a common date suitable to all and with the availability of venue.

If I don't get a response in timely manner then I'll opt for other option per constitution. 

If you all want to have a meeting to discuss this matter we should have a meeting on November 7th evening or 9th at 5 pm.

I have contacted both Randolph senior center and Union Hill Church for their availability in December 2014 for AGM.

Union Hill did not respond to our requested dates  Dec 14th  and December 21st.

Senior Center is available on December 14th only from 2 pm till 6 pm.

They'll charge $100 per hour and  require a $100 deposit before we leave to adjust towards the cost of cleaning if any, else it will be refunded back to ICC.

If you all agree on the date I'll confirm the booking .

Hi Arpita,

Sorry for delay response. I am fine with both, 14 and 21 Dec., dates.

But I can not make 9 Nov. meeting due to pre-commitment.
