Dear Treasurer/Atashi,

 

          It is very disturbing and unfortunate for me to know that you questioned about my receipts that I submitted for Durgapuja Pujo expenses. I have alsopresented you the Lakhami puja expenses bills.  It is quite understandable that as a treasurer you may make queries about any expense.  What bothered me is that instead of verifying the bills with me first you whispered about it to others.

  In the next committee meeting I will present you all the bills that I have and will expect that you will make your with me, and then present your opinions to all other members. We are the volunteer workers for the Indian Community Center of Garden State, and you need not to suffer alone on the suspicion of fund misuse.  No need to talk behind. Let us make it public.

I hope that the outcome of this meeting is made available to all. Persons with such traits should be deemed unfit for holding any public position .. least of which in a nonprofit and voluntary organization as ICC.
