It’s not hearsay, it’s a fact! I agree we shouldn’t get into the investigation more. As you rightly mentioned, we are committed to fostering friendships, welcoming back former members, and making ICC a better place. This is precisely why we should send the email to discourage these types of propagandas and make our members aware of it.

To all:
As discussed with Chaitali di this morning, following is the draft of the communication ( subject to any edits proposed by any of you and accepted ) she will be sending by email to the members on record ( if possible, even on WhatsApp group). My view is that since we do not have hard evidence and just hearsay, we should not spend energy on the investigation and let this go behind us. We will not win many friends just by continuing to harp on this. We promised to make new friends ( members ) and work hard to reduce the issues the previous team faced / created.

To Dear ICC GS members
My name is Tara Sinha ( known to my friends as Chaitali ) and I am the President of ICC GS. I have been working with another eight members in the Executive Committee together to fulfil the objectives of the organization in the community and improve your experiences in our community activities and functions. If you have attended and participated in our Saraswati Puja recently, you would have already noticed and enjoyed the positive changes the current team has brought about and I can assure you that we will continue to bring in improvements over the next two years for which you have entrusted us the responsibility. We have received many positive comments and also some feedback from members during and after the event.
We, however, regret to inform you that we have recently become aware of some negative rumors about ICC circulating concerning our organization, which have been shared with some of our members and even with external associates. We strongly protest such rumors. On behalf of the executive committee, I urge you to inform us immediately if you come across any such misinformation. Additionally, we request that you refrain from listening and believing those rumors and help us make the organization better and successful.
We know we will not be able to make everything perfect overnight
and so please give us your continued feedback should you find some improvement opportunities. I can assure you that my team
will work hard on the opportunities and try to make your experience better in future activities.
We request your cooperation and active participation wherever possible. Looking forward to your attendance at the next event on the occasion of Baisakhi.
