• Better quality Lapel using WiFi - Already checked with Sougata - He will proovide

• Stage organization - remove clutter of instruments for the main artist/ band before other programs starts

• Stage management volunteer - one person for light - Sumantra(Akra)

• Other volunteer on stage - Subrata da, Sumantra, Shamik. Arnab to check with Milind, Subrata (Ruma)

• Rooms for overseas artists and other female artists dress change - Chaitali di to confirm - 4 rooms

• Items for Saturday and Sunday main artist:

• Hotel/AirBnB booking for Overseas artist

• Artist pick up and drop from airport

• Artist pick up and drop  from hotel

• Lunch & dinner for artists 

• Refreshments (tea/coffee/water) for artists on performance day  

• Flower bouquet to be presented after program 

• Food arrangement for all members working on stage and artists - veg & non-veg - assign a person - Soma di

• Projector for dance and other programs - Check with school for availability of over-head projector

• Copy of all tracks to be used need to provided to Arnab as back-up

• Recording of all programs - Identify few dedicated members who can record the whole program.

• Spotlight for dance/script - coordinate with Arko - Kakoi/Bidita to provide details

Overseas artist high-level travel plan - 

• Trijoy & Trisha with 2 hands - Arriving on Friday (10/3) - Need 3 rooms for 2 nights(10/3 & 10/4) - Flying out on Sunay (10/5)

• Lagnajita with 4 hands - Arriving on Sunday (10/5) - Needs 3 rooms for 3 nights (10/4, 10/5, 10/6) - Flying out on Tuesday (10/7)
