Good day everyone. I work at Illinois Central College in the Student
Services Call Center. I have joined this learning event to improve not
only myself but my performance at work. I know a little about
computers and am willing to learn more. What we are about to learn
here is all new to me and at the end I want to be able to share my
experience with students who are interested in the virtual college.
