Toll tags, QR codes, and garage access cards can all be used as credentials to access a garage. Only one car may park in the garage at a time. Once you use a credential to enter the garage, no other credential will work for entry until you have made a valid exit from that garage. When you exit the garage, you do not have to use the same credential for exiting as you did for entry. PTS highly recommends the toll tag option for those with Texas toll tags.
If you have one of the three types of Texas toll tags on your vehicle, the tag can be added to be read at the gate and provide access into the garage. Visit the How to find my tag number page for help and to see all the tag types that can be used as credentials.
Registering your toll tag with PTS will have no impact on your toll tag account, nor will PTS be able to see any information or data connected to your toll tag account. We have used a system similar to this for many years for entry at PRC with great success.
A gate tag system and the system that reads your tag on the highway are very different. Highway systems have multiple readers positioned in various locations across the read point; gate entry readers are just a single reader. For them to work correctly you must stop momentarily at the control column.

Our Sterling doors combine liquid-smooth flush steel panels and frameless tinted glass for an ultra-sleek, minimalist garage door design that perfectly complements any contemporary home. Because sometimes, less is more.
Frank Lloyd Wright invented the garage when he moved the automobile out of the stable into a room of its own. Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak (allegedly) started Apple Computer in a garage. Suburban men turned garages into man caves to escape from family life. Nirvana and No Doubt played their first chords as garage bands. What began as an architectural construct became a cultural construct. In this provocative history and deconstruction of an American icon, Olivia Erlanger and Luis Ortega Govela use the garage as a lens through which to view the advent of suburbia, the myth of the perfect family, and the degradation of the American dream.
Luis Ortega Govela is a Mexican architect based in London and Los Angeles whose work has been shown widely, including at the Ludwig Museum Cologne, Stedelijk Museum, and the British Pavilion during the 15th Venice Architecture Biennale. An Architectural Association graduate, he has lectured at the Royal Academy of Arts, and TU Delft. He is a founder of the arts collective YR. Erlanger and Ortega are at work on a documentary film on the garage.
Great upgrade to an existing opener. Was quick and easy to install, five minute setup and fifteen minute install. Now I can the check status of the door and operate it from my smart phone. Color blends in with the garage. Nice upgrade for a none Wi-Fi garage door opener.
Works Great as Advertised. Set up was simple and easy, 15 mins tops. Works as expected. Text notifications come every time. Love how you can set a schedule for the garage door. I have it close every night at midnight just in case someone left the door open.
Simple set up. Added my wife as co-owner and she was able to set up her phone just as easily without my help. I am planning on ordering a second sensor for the other bay in garage giving us ability to monitor house safely from anywhere via our phones.
A new option... and peace of mind! The system also offers the ability to sign up for a program with Amazon Prime, that allows the delivery driver to open your garage and place your package inside. Out of the weather, out of sight of any possible package stealers.
Yes, you will need a home Wi-Fi network with a strong signal in order to use the Smart Garage Control. Connecting your Chamberlain Smart Garage Control to your home's Wi-Fi network is simple and easy using the myQ App. Visit our Support Site for installation and programming guides.
The Smart Garage Control is compatible with most brands of garage door openers manufactured after 1993 that use safety sensors. Use our compatibility tool to help you check if your garage door opener is compatible.
Your Smart Garage Control must be within 50 feet of your Wi-Fi router. If the Wi-Fi signal in the garage is weak, try moving the router closer to your garage to minimize interference from walls and other objects. If you are still experiencing issues with a low signal, a Wi-Fi extender may be needed. For help with testing and improving your Wi-Fi signal strength, visit our Support Site.

From the very first meeting to the final touch ups, Mark, Jill and the entire Premier Garage team did a fantastic job. To begin, the initial in-person meeting and design plans were completed in a timely manner. Given the COVID circumstances surrounding the installation, the communication between the company and myself was a common occurrence and extremely transparent which was appreciated. Not only was I extremely satisfied with the service that the Premier Garage team provided but the finished product turned out amazing as well.
