New bugfix releases for ids.server: 1.12.2 & 2.1.1

Dear all,

a bug in the LockManager of ids.server has been fixed.

Your IDS will only be affected if your plugin implements the
mainStorage.lock(DsInfo, boolean) method for file system locking in
the main storage. In that case, the bug may cause (individual threads
in) your IDS to crash with an OverlappingFileLockException. See Issue
#164 for a more detailed description.

Since that bug is serious, I also fixed it exceptionally for the 1.*
version of ids.server.

The bug is fixed in ids.server 1.12.2 (built for Payara 5) and 2.1.1
(built for Payara 6).
