ICAT 4.2.1 bug fix release

There is a new bug fix release. The web page: http://www.icatproject.org/index.php/Documentation_for_current_release has been updated to reference it.

Please see the release notes http://www.icatproject.org/mvn/site/icat/4.2.1/release-notes.html to see what has been fixed.

If you already have 4.2.0 installed then updating is very simple.
