Onboarding Email Templates

JCL, Your email below is an excellent template! We could put together an email like this as a template - as one of the key emails - to send to all new organisations, so we don't have to re-write and re-create this sort of email/information each time. 

There are a few key emails for new Org's e.g.

•Invite to ICASM - template completed and on ComCo CI

•Welcome to ICASM (general orientation/links)

•The below email from JCL to Fernando with more nuanced DaC offerings and insights, including: brochures, vision, appeal to debate, penis health axis & DaC main argumentation page which summarizes almost everything about circumcision

•Ethical insights, Algosphere info - like the email you sent to Jordan Ariel (I have copy if you need it)

Perhaps these 4 could be our new onboarding email Templates? Or we could amalgamate some of them, but you get the idea.

Indeed, the Droit au Corps (DaC) website is renowned for the quality of its contents (which is why Professor M.Fahmy from Egypt in copy became a member of DaC even though he does not speak French! he is now member of ICASM as an “expert”). We therefore propose to ICASM members to retrieve what they are interested in if it can save them time, which is typically the case for collectives in the process of creation. Please note that we can also provide logistical assistance for setting up the organisation of a collective, which includes the drafting of statutes or internal rules and all the processes necessary to make a collective work (decision-making process, IT collaborative platform etc). Foreskin Revolution is starting to use this "organisation / information system" package so Michael will be able to talk to you. You will discover this package through the ICASM portail (this package was provided to ICASM by DaC in May).

We look forward to collaborating with you soon in the framework of ICASM and congratulations for your initiative in Spain, which we will try to support: we have a French/Spanish translator who lives in Spain in Barcelona, whom we could ask for (she did the translation of the Appeal To Debate).

- I copy the DaC members particularly involved in the ICASM

- we are in the process of setting up a technical partnership with an online printer so that any nocirc supporter can order and have leaflets delivered from our communication supports page with just a few simple clicks (and by paying for the order himself, and not our association! a simple way for crowdfunding nocirc cause) - we will propose a "sharing of good practice" to other ICASM members for this very useful functionality

Hi Fernando, As discussed DaC will give you permission to use their brochure for your organisation in Spain. Jean-Christophe (cc'd) and I are always looking for translators, so should you at any point feel called to translate the brochure into Spanish, we would be delighted. No worries if not.
