Edit items one at a time: If you only need to update settings for one or two specific items, such as updating location targeting for a couple of campaigns, edit campaigns and other items one at a time. The changes that you make will be in effect immediately.

Edit items in bulk: For a limited set of common settings, you can apply edits to a group of campaigns or other items all at once.

For example, you can specify a 5% increase in the daily budget and then apply the increase to a group of campaigns all at once.

Use automated rules to apply bulk edits: Instead of manually selecting campaigns and other items for bulk edits, you can create rules that select items based on criteria that you specify, and then apply a bulk edit to the selected items.

For example, you can create a rule that runs each night and pauses any ad group with a cost of over a specific amount.

Undo bulk edits: When you schedule a bulk edit, you can also specify that Search Ads 360 reverts the edit at a specific time. Alternatively, Search Ads 360 keeps a history of all bulk edits in the last 30 days. You can use a bulksheet to download a report of these edits and undo them.

You can also edit campaigns and other items in the engine and sync the changes into Search Ads 360. If you plan to make changes regularly in the engine, you can make sure that the changes are available to Search Ads 360 by scheduling syncs to occur nightly.

In Yahoo! Japan accounts, editing ad copy, URLs, URL templates, or URL parameters causes the engine to remove the old ad and create a new one. The new ad doesn't retain the performance history of the original ad, but you can still report on the old, removed ad.

In all engine accounts, editing keyword text or match type causes the engine to remove the old keyword and create a new one. The new keyword does not retain the performance history of the original keyword, but you can still report on the old, removed keyword.

I have a massive folder full of my slowed edits that i've been sitting on for a while. I've been playing a couple of joints on the radio show or in my live sets and everyone keeps asking for them so here is one of my faves. Please know that I don't produce or remix anything. I just slowed down the track for myself to hear & digest the music differently :)

Intracellular delivery of therapeutic biomacromolecules is often challenged by the poor transmembrane and limited endosomal escape. Here, we establish a combinatorial library composed of 150 molecular weight-defined gemini amphiphiles (GAs) to identify the vehicles that facilitate robust cytosolic delivery of proteins in vitro and in vivo. These GAs display similar skeletal structures but differential amphiphilicity by adjusting the length of alkyl tails, type of ionizable cationic heads, and hydrophobicity or hydrophilicity of a spacer. The top candidate is highly efficient in translocating a broad spectrum of proteins with various molecular weights and isoelectric points into the cytosol. Particularly, we notice that the entry mechanism is predominantly mediated via the lipid raft-dependent membrane fusion, bypassing the classical endocytic pathway that limits the cytosolic delivery efficiency of many presently available carriers. Remarkably, the top GA candidate is capable of delivering hard-to-deliver Cas9 ribonucleoprotein in vivo, disrupting KRAS mutation in the tumor-bearing mice to inhibit tumor growth and extend their survival. Our study reveals a GA-based small-molecule carrier platform for the direct cytosolic delivery of various types of proteins for therapeutic purposes.

Using Google's advanced tech, creating a Gemini resume becomes a streamlined, more intelligent process, transforming resume writing into a dynamic, more effortless experience, leaving you with more time to focus on your next move.

Natural language processing (NLP) helps Gemini break down your prompts into words, understand their grammatical roles and relationships, and extract meaning. Based on this analysis (and its continually evolving knowledge base), Gemini predicts the most likely and relevant continuation of text, producing responses.

Unlike ChatGPT, Gemini is unique in handling formats beyond plain text like images, videos, and code, making it more versatile. Gemini also leverages technology like tree search (exploring all possible solutions to a problem, like a branching tree, then picking the best course) and reinforcement learning (improving skills through trial and error) to continuously improve.

Similar to writing a ChatGPT resume, using Gemini to create, update, and tailor your resume is a smart application of AI that'll help you streamline the process efficiently and precisely. Here are some benefits:

Improves your chances of getting found by hiring professionals: By integrating relevant keywords from the job description, Gemini helps increase your chances of being found by human reviewers searching the Application Tracking Systems (digital filing systems) for specific keywords, skills, and qualifications.

Highlights relevant skills and achievements: Google Gemini can analyze your experience and identify the most impactful skills and achievements for each job, ensuring your resume showcases alignment.

Creates a polished and professional document: When prompted, Gemini offers unlimited edits and checks for grammar and spelling errors, demonstrating attention to detail and professionalism.

And whether it's for your dream job or to take the next step in your career, in addition to showing your qualifications, your resume should always be a clear, concise synopsis of how you've had an impact in previous roles in a way that connects to a potential in a new position.

Teal Note: To use Gemini and Google Bard to write a resume, first, head to Google Bard's homepage. At the top right, select "Sign in" and sign in to your Google account.

Even though your professional summary sits above your work experience on a resume, it'll be much easier to write that summary if you have an idea of your specific achievements in each role customized to a particular job.

Your professional summary is a quick overview of your greatest achievements and overall career story. Think of it as a highlight reel that showcases your top skills, accomplishments, and unique value in a way that drives a hiring manager or recruiter to dig deeper into the rest of your resume.

Much like your achievements should be tailored to every specific role, your professional summary should be, too. That means writing this section of your resume with Gemini involves a bit of toggling between programs or pages, but the end result will be a summary that's aligned with the job you want.

Using Gemini and Google Bard to write a cover letter will not only help you tailor it to the role you're applying to but can also incorporate your experience in a way that's concise, aligned, and faster than staring at a blank page and hoping the words will come to you.

Pro Tip: Cover letters are another part of Teals AI Resume Builder that can help you skip multiple steps. Use the AI Cover Letter Generator to quickly write a customized document relevant to the role you're applying for and your work history in less than 30 seconds.

Writing effective prompts is the key to getting the most out of AI's capabilities. Do your research, tweak your language, compare output, and if you find specific prompts that work really well, don't be afraid to use them more than once.

You asked Gemini to review specific details (like your resume and job descriptions) in each section above to craft a personalized response. By providing AI with the resources it needs, you're more likely to get output that's created specifically for you.

With the help of AI tools like Gemini for your resume, you can create a well-written, tailored, and personalized career history that highlights your impact, skills, strengths, qualifications, and experience in the most relevant and best possible way.

Genome editing using sequence-specific nucleases (SSNs) is rapidly being developed for genetic engineering in crop species. The utilization of zinc finger nucleases (ZFNs), transcription activator-like effector nucleases (TALENs), and clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats/CRISPR-associated systems (CRISPR/Cas) for inducing double-strand breaks facilitates targeting of virtually any sequence for modification. Targeted mutagenesis via non-homologous end-joining (NHEJ) has been demonstrated extensively as being the preferred DNA repair pathway in plants. However, gene targeting via homologous recombination (HR) remains more elusive but could be a powerful tool for directed DNA repair. To overcome barriers associated with gene targeting, a geminivirus replicon (GVR) was used to deliver SSNs targeting the potato ACETOLACTATE SYNTHASE1 (ALS1) gene and repair templates designed to incorporate herbicide-inhibiting point mutations within the ALS1 locus. Transformed events modified with GVRs held point mutations that were capable of supporting a reduced herbicide susceptibility phenotype, while events transformed with conventional T-DNAs held no detectable mutations and were similar to wild-type. Regeneration of transformed events improved detection of point mutations that supported a stronger reduced herbicide susceptibility phenotype. These results demonstrate the use of geminiviruses for delivering genome editing reagents in plant species, and a novel approach to gene targeting in a vegetatively propagated species.
