Urgent Info Needed about Bank of baroda - Yatha Shakti Deposit Scheme

Scheme sounds good if interest rates are about to fall

Can somebody provide first hand info if available 

There are problems in CSB -tagging of account code, INterest calculation TDS

Some unique problems as - bank doesnt allow ECS for this  and also has some penal charge for not depositing on time the monthly installment.
