It's hard based on this screenshot to see exactly what's occurred, since we can't see the commands that you entered, and don't know anything about your installation environment.
My guess is that you are trying to upgrade in place from MySQL 5.7 to 8.0 - possibly with your AtoM data still loaded. Is that correct?
In general, we recommend that you make a backup of your data (aka a SQL dump), then remove the old version, and follow our installation instructions for adding MySQL 8, rather than trying to upgrade in place. Please see:
You'll need to follow the rest of the upgrade instructions after installing a new version of AtoM, including loading your SQLdump, running the upgrade task, restarting services, etc.
If I have misunderstood what led to this issue, can you please provide more details? For example, are you following our recommended installation instructions (e.g. using Ubuntu 18.04, PHP 7.2, MySQL 8, Nginx, Elasticsearch 5.6, etc)? If no, what changes have you made?
