Cofiguring site- Issue

I followed the atom 2.7 documentation. i am unable to understand here it says...kindly help me in this regard.

Hi Kuna, 

IBased on what I can see in this screenshot, it appears you are encountering a filesystem permissions issue. I would suggest trying the following: 

First, set the permissions for your installation directory: 

• sudo chown -R www-data:www-data /usr/share/nginx/atom
  

Then, try running the installer task again, but specifically as the www-data user: 

• sudo -u www-data php symfony tools:install

Hopefully that will get you past the error you've encountered!
