Good morning, when it comes to generating and viewing reports, in my atom installation the options it offers me are: Phisical storage locations and Box Label. I have checked in the Municipal Archive of Pasencia:
http://archivo.plasencia.es/index.php/ay Ayuntamiento-de-plasencia/reports that can generate reports based on simple and compound documentary units. How could I change these options? All the best.

Hi Isabel,

I can't actually access the link you've provided, but here's a bit more information on reports.

In addition to the two you are seeing (which can only be generated and seen by authenticated users), there are also file and item list reports. Even public users can generate these reports - however, for the option to be available, the archival unit (e.g. fonds, etc) must actually have lower-level file and/or item level descriptions. If these are not present in the hierarchy, then the option to generate them will not display. See:
The other thing is the finding aid generation. This is different than reports - it can produce a PDF or editable RTF version of your archival unit. There are two modes - a shorter inventory summary, that just provides a table-based summary view at lower levels, and the Full details, which provides all metadata for every level of description. Only authenticated users can generate these, but once generated public users can see them and access/download them on published hierarchies. Additionally, you can create your own finding aid and then upload it instead of using the generated ones. See:

Hi Dan, I think I already have a clearer understanding of how the reports work thanks to your message. The URL I sent you seems to be not correct, this is the valid one http://archivo.plasencia.es/index.php/Ayuntamiento-de-plasencia/reports in case you want to see it.

As we have created the funds, we are going to have to make modifications since instead of assigning simple or compound documentary units, we have assigned other levels of description. Your colleague Nacho has guided me on how to solve it and surely we will do so.

Thank you as always for your time, greetings.

Hello again, I'm Isabel, I'm going to mess with you because sometimes I write from my account and others from work, sorry I don't realize it.

I forgot another question that I have, is it possible to format the HTML of the reports? Change titles, styles, ...

All the best.

Hi Isabel,

I don't think we actually have any styling on the reports right now. If you wanted to add some, you would likely first need to make some code changes, to add classes to the elements used in the report, and then you can add custom CSS rules for those classes, so they are styled as expected.
