Hello,
I am trying to move our AtoM server (a VM) from one host to another. However, I am having issues with a bad disk.
I think my only solution is to install a new AtoM server, and attempt to extract all data from our current one, to then import it in the new server.

How would I do this? I need everything: data, settings, users, etc.

Thank you!
Marc

I am sorry, I forgot to mention that I am running AtoM version 2.6 on a Ubuntu Server 20.04 LTS.

Hi Marc,

AtoM's upgrade instructions should help, since the upgrade process is essentially to install a new version of AtoM and then migrate all data. You will need a copy of the database (this has your records as well as settings, users, etc), as well as your uploads (any digital objects) and downloads (any cached XML, finding aids, and user-generated downloads from the clipboard) directories.
